Trust’s portfolio assets are spread over 6 cities- Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram and Gift City, Ahmedabad. The listed competitions of the Knowledge Realty Trust include Embassy Office Parks Reit, Mindspace Business Parks Reit and Bruckfield India Real Estate Trust REIT.
