The general secretary said, “A fierce response against an increase in hatred and equality towards women works to stop and push their development.”

The program is being organized on the occasion of completion of 30 years of Beijing announcement and the historic proposal of the Security Council on women, peace and security.

He said that in areas like technology, engineering and mathematics (Stem), there is clearly male dominance.
Even in many algorithms created by the technical industry, partiality towards women can be seen.
The General Secretary, apart from this, told about low money availability and limited resources that women’s peace and human funds have raised an amount of $ 20 million to $ 10 million for this, which is insufficient to fully support civil society.
Political manifesto sanctioned
On Tuesday itself, member countries unanimously, a powerful Political manifesto Adopted in which for the rights, equality and strength of all women and girls, the resolve of member countries has been confirmed once again.
UN Women’s Association – Un women Welcoming the manifesto, the Executive Director Seema Bowus said, “At a time when the progress achieved hard for gender equality is being attacked, the global community, everywhere everywhere, has united to demonstrate unity for all women and girls.”
